Delivery Overview
We’d like to reassure all customers that we are open for business and orders are being dispatched within promised time-frames. We wouldn’t be the business we are today without the support of our customers and dedication of the Party Pieces team and, during these uncertain times, the health and safety of our employees and their families is our number one priority. We have our own warehouse and in-house team of superstars and we have put into place measures to ensure everyone is safe at work.
Delivery Options & Prices
UK Mainland Standard delivery - £3.95
Your delivery will take up to 5 days (we do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays).
UK Mainland Express delivery - £6.95
Order by 4pm for delivery within 2-3 working days (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
Orders placed after this time on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next available working day.
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery - £8.95
Order by 4pm today (2pm for Personalised Orders) for Next Day delivery.
Orders placed after this time on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
Your order will arrive with you by 7pm the following day, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.
*Please note - we cannot 100% guarantee Next Day Delivery to addresses in Northern Ireland and out of area postcodes. Please contact our customer service team if you would like more information.
UK Mainland Saturday Delivery - £8.95
Orders placed by 4pm (2pm on Personalised Orders) on a Friday will be delivered on a Saturday
Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day.

Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man - £11.99

Collection
If you live locally and wish to collect your order from our premises in Berkshire, please call our Customer Service team on 01635 201844 to arrange. We have measures in place to ensure you can collect your order safely.
Delivery of Message Gift Cakes
We now offer a Nominated Delivery option (£4.95) for orders containing our Message Gift Cakes, ideal if you're sending a cake to a loved one and you'd like it to arrive on a specific day! Full details of this service can be found on the product page. We are unable to deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Multi-Shipping
If you would like to send part of your order to a different address, we now offer multi-shipping, ideal if you're sending one of our products as a gift! If you are sending your order to two or more addresses, delivery will be charged per shipment. Full details can be found here.

Your delivery will take an estimated time of 3-7 days from dispatch (Please note that due to Covid-19 we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time frame specified above).

USA & Canada - £34.99
Your delivery will take an estimated time of 5-10 days from dispatch. (Please note that due to Covid-19 we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time frame specified above).
Occasionally for larger orders, the weight can add extra delivery charges. We'll let you know of any additional charges before sending the item out.
Other overseas countries
Unfortunately we are only able to dispatch orders to the countries listed above. If your country is not listed you will need to arrange a suitable courier. Please contact us if you require more information.
VAT
Orders delivered to destinations outside the EEC are not subject to UK VAT and the item prices displayed on the website are reduced accordingly.
Delivery of Helium Canisters
Orders containing helium gas can not be sent to overseas addresses or to non-mainland UK destinations. If you are trying to checkout and no delivery options are visible and you are not based in the UK, please remove helium from your basket.
Delivery of Personalised Banners and Cakes
The cut off time for ordering Personalised items on a Next Day, Express or Saturday delivery service is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday of the following week (unless a Bank Holiday).
